Kristy Carter

As a Registered Psychologist, Founding Director of Heart@Work and creator of the Unifying Workplace Method™, Kristy is on a mission to transform workplaces into unified, thriving environments where people can flourish.

With a perpetual thirst for knowledge, Kristy stays at the forefront of her field, drawing from the latest global insights in organisational development and transformation. She excels at translating complex, science-backed concepts into practical, engaging language that is relevant and engaging to leaders at all levels.

But Kristy is more than just her expertise – she's a warm, compassionate, deeply personable human who approaches her work with a holistic mindset. Whether she's working with individuals or groups, Kristy focuses on the whole person – mind, heart, body and will – to enhance overall well-being and productivity. She's a true systems thinker, examining how systemic elements intersect with human factors to create positive real-world outcomes that directly impact business performance. 

Kristy's experience spans professional services, banking, mining, construction, engineering, agriculture, defence, education, and energy. She's dedicated to governance, having served on multiple Boards.

Peter Follett
  • Peter brings over four decades of real-world experience to the table as a trusted leadership and organisational development guru. With a talent for practical, holistic solutions grounded in Integral theory, he has guided teams and organisations across industries to thrive.

    Whether you're a corporate leader, running a non-profit, or spearheading initiatives in the public sector, Peter can help you navigate strategic planning, culture transformation, leadership development, and large-scale strategic shifts with expertise and care.
